2	Introduction 2^st Annual Statewide Youth Camp 6^th graders were targeted Applications sent to area schools Some co-ops require applicants to be on REMC lines and other do not Co-ops chose how many campers they want to sponsor at $ 200 per camper Held at Camp Tecumseh YMCA Outdoor Center – Brookston, IN June 9 - 12
3	Purpose A brand new camp experience designed to educate 6^th grade boys and girls across Indiana about electrification, electric safety, and provide a basic understanding of electric cooperative business principles.
4	How? A variety of electrical educational activities were designed to blend with traditional camp activities. Chaperones were volunteers from IN electric co-ops. YMCA camp staff worked with the TE Camp committee to keep things structured, and provide experience with camp design.

7	Stats 82 kids from all over IN 18 Co-op employees and 1 Statewide employee as overnight chaperones 1 fulltime nurse Daily help from WVPA, HE, Statewide and other co-ops
